Please note: We work with a wide variety of shipping partners to ensure you receive your Paw Springs order in a timely manner. Due to the COVID-19 impact on our distribution network and the distribution network of our shipping partners, i.e., UPS, USPS, DHL and FEDEX, we want you to know that there may be shipping delays beyond our control.

Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your product arrives on time and in excellent condition.

Please be assured that, unless otherwise specified, your items will ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.

We work closely with a variety of shipping partners to ensure you receive your order within the time frame promised.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email that includes tracking information for your convenience.

-Free Shipping on U.S. orders

-International orders do not include  duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Paw Springs Pet Boutique and wish to return it for a different size or a full refund, we accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. The clothing must be in good condition.  To receive a return label please email us at returns@pawsprings.com.
